After making my initial booking, I did upgrade my room to have a view. I am so glad I did this as the room had a full wall window with a fantastic view. The room was large and very comfortable. I ate in the restaurant for 3 evenings and there was a good choice of food and option of a buffet. The food was very good. The reception and restaurant staff were very helpful. The hotel is a short journey from Shimla (5-10 minutes in a taxi). I had done my research on taxi prices before leaving the UK and the taxi fare was always at the expected price and very available both ways.

Our stay at Snow Valley Resort was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and hospitality made us feel at home. A special shoutout to Mridula at the reception for her thoughtful gesture of upgrading us to a superior room—it was a delightful surprise. We also want to acknowledge Anshul, Jyothi, and Mr. Jitendar at the front desk for their exceptional service. The housekeeping team was prompt and efficient, ensuring our comfort, while the restaurant staff went above and beyond to cater to our special requests. The restaurant itself was beautifully designed, and the buffet spread for both lunch and dinner was simply outstanding. A big thank you to the front office team for arranging our Shimla sightseeing cab. Anuj, our chauffeur provided by the hotel, was fantastic—friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Thanks to him, we enjoyed an incredible day visiting the snow-covered Narkanda mountains, Jhaku Temple, and Mall Road, followed by a smooth airport transfer to Chandigarh the next day. The resort’s prime location near Mall Road, coupled with breathtaking valley views from our room, added to the charm. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we can’t wait to return!

The room offered was clean and a good view of Shimla. The staff in general was very polite and supportive, especially Navin at the breakfast who served us every morning. He was polite, professional and fast. At the reception Mritula S. supported us to book a Taxi the way we like it to visit Shimla sightseeing. She was very supportive. I will recommend it to other people, friends and Family.

Our stay was simply lovely. The resort was clean. They upgraded our rooms . As our flight reached by 8 Am in Shimla they allowed us early check in by 11 Am which was so very considerate.Location was perfect for us to absorb the view of Shimla and specially the staff of the hotel were exceptional. Mr Raj Kumar from the restaurant took so much care and was so very kind to us. Thank you ! We enjoyed the delicious food from the resort restaurant every day. We wish to visit Shimla again and would like to stay in the same resort

The location was great, about 2km from town, so more peaceful. The view was fabulous from our room and the terrace. The manager Prateek was super helpful recommending places to see, booking taxis and pickups from the town centre, even giving us an itinerary for our next destination Daramshala and Mcleodgang, where Prateek is from.

Nice location...away from the mall road hustle bustle as I wanted. Had booked the executive room for comfort and ease...did justice to the same. Both restaurant and room services were very good and timely. Had an elaborate buffet laid out for breakfast and they took personalized care of their guests.

Nice and clean rooms with good view if you book superior, beds very comfortable, quite despite located at the main road, kind personnel that is interested in helping the customer. Highly appreciate their service

The best thing happened in my trip is choosing snow valley for stay.. i liked everything from the staff behaviour, the facilities, the amenities, the comfort, the cleanliness, the location. Everything was amazing.. i recommend highly. Especially the waiting area near reception till you check in or the lenience they give time for check out was amazing..
